Is it really difficult to get more listings in today’s market? While many real estate agents and media outlets focus on negative trends—sales down, numbers down, and so on—I’m here to share a different perspective. Yes, the market has been challenging since June 2022, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t opportunities.
To prove my point, I attended three listing appointments in just one day, on my own, because all of our agents are busy attending to their listing appointments. Our team schedules over 12 listing appointments per week, and we have 50,000 seller leads in our pipeline.
It’s no secret that the landscape has changed. Many agents have left the industry; between 20% to 30% have either found other jobs or are actively looking for full-time work. My team, the Tricia Turner Group with Real Brokerage, is not going anywhere. We’re thriving, and we’re excited to grow our team even further.
Here’s my call to action: if you’re a hungry, coachable real estate agent who is ready to put in the work, I want to hear from you. We are looking for dedicated individuals who want to become listing beasts and tackle appointments head-on. This isn’t for you if you’re only looking for a part-time job or have someone else covering your bills.
